How to disable driver signature enforcement (Enable Windows Test Mode) on Windows Vista/7/8/8.1/10 x64 bit
1.
Download RT-SetSecurity64v3.zip
2. Unpack to empty directory (i.e. C:\RT-SetSecurity64v3)

3. Make sure have Administrator rights on system.

4. Right click on file _prereqSet64v3-10.cmd and select “Run as administrator”.































5. Press any key to execute script and wait few seconds to finish.






























6. On success you will see 4 times “The operation completed successfully.” message.

7. Restart PC for enable new settings.

8. If all is OK, after restart you should see “Test Mode” watermark on lower right corner on your Windows Desktop.











Thats all! Your system ready to install test-signed drivers (like dongle emulators).

N.B. Do not disable Test Mode, because your x64 driver emulator will stop functioning.
Except small watermark, it not have significant side effects for your system.
YOUR PC IS WINDOWS 8/8.1/10 X64 WITH UEFI BIOS
If on Windows 8/8.1/10 with UEFI BIOS after run _prereqSet64v3-10.cmd you get following
screen with message:
An error has occurred setting the element data.
The value is protected by Secure Boot policy and cannot be modified or deleted.

























In this case need to restart PC, enter UEFI BIOS settings, find option “Secure Boot” and set it to Disabled.
Search Google [ How to disable Secure Boot ], because this procedure is different on different BIOS manufacturers.
After disable “Secure Boot” and start PC, do execute script _prereqSet64v3-10.cmd again for enable “Test Mode”.
